PULLING A WARRANT
Submit Ticket
Pulling a warrant requires that an attorney enter on the underlying case that you were originally charged with. There is NO WAY to simply pull the warrant and not service the original charge for you. Every single person at our office can explain this more in detail to you. If you explore this website you will see that there are many types of warrants. Our $149 starting point offers you the best dependable attorneys in the state of Missouri for a matter that started out as a stop sign ticket, speeding ticket, failure to register, no proof of insurance, or something like that. Obviously misdemeanor and felony warrants are very different animals
The most common type of warrant is a warrant for failure to appear in court. This can happen if you get a ticket and forget to pay it by the assigned court date. It can also happen if you have already entered a plea on a charge and missed a pay date or failed to comply with some other requirement of the court when you were supposed to.
Often times, if you are facing a failure to appear or comply warrant, our office can have that warrant recalled by entering as the attorney on your case and requesting that the court recall the warrant. There are exceptions to this, as every court has different procedural requirements, but our experienced attorneys and staff can find out the best and most convenient method for clearing up your warrant and will help you through that process every step of the way.
